그릭요거트 정말 만들기 귀찮을 때 1. 나는 엄청나게 꾸우떡한 그릭요거트까지는 필요없다 스스로 타협한다 2. 드리퍼에 커피필터를 꽂고 요거트 부어놓고 잔다 3. 아침에 유청이 빠진 (꽤괜)그릭요거트가 완성 유청 두 번 짜고 귀찮아져서 이렇게 먹는데 훨씬 편하고 한 번 정도 먹는 양 나오는 거 같아요! 완전꾸덕한 그릭요거트보다 견과류나 과일이랑도 섞기 편해서 요새 이렇게 먹어요오 커피필터쓰고 편하게 쉬세요🥲

Since the cultures of the Greeks and Turks were fused during the Ottoman Empire, yogurt was passed on to them as well. In short they say yoghurt is us but those two yoghurt are soooo different. Whole the world eats yoghurt as sweet but in Turkey we eat yoghurt almost every meal. Thanks for reading💘

for yogurt It is necessary to rest the milk with a Greek yogurt you bought. First you need to warm the milk to 45 degrees. Then you have to take a spoonful of yogurt and add it to it. It should stay at room temperature for about 1 day and "ferment" as we say. This is used as a method in Turkey. The taste is the same as the previous yogurt. You can put it in the fridge after 1 day 🌼 Bon appetit!
