Welcome to my 'Quick Fix' series, where I feature my favourite car details in a shorter way. This Mitsubishi Eclipse was covered in dirt, had super dirty carpets and was one of the worst smelling vehicles I’ve ever detailed! It needed a full interior car detailing and exterior car detailing, so in this video I show you my satisfying process to deep clean this Eclipse!

I just got into detailing. My brother has a 2009 Mitsubishi eclipse. He has had the car for just over a decade. He has lived in it in the past due to hard time and just never cleaned it. He finally got his own apartment and I decided to clean his car for him. It took me just over 13 hours. I also had to take his seats out and was very irritated with the carpets but I wish I could share pictures because the before and after was phenomenal!

Hey Geek.. I put my dehumidifier inside my van after a very wet cleaning. I am sure they sell compact units that you could place inside of smaller vehicles that you do. Makes drying time a breeze 🤗

Nice work! I am never going to understand, why the customers do not take at least some of the trash before taking the car for the detailing. I would be so embarrassed knowing, that others must go thru the mess.

I'm pretty sure the content creators like it the "worse" the better bc it brings more views, you don't see people watching half-assed unclean vehicles 😂 And I mean, you're paying someone to clean it just so you "pre-clean" it before...? Sounds counterproductive

People don’t have the ability to do so, either because of physical issues it mental ones. Hence the level of dirt in the first place and it being sent to a detailer

If some of the commenters on here would just read the description, they’d know that this was 1) filmed awhile ago before the new shop was done and 2) is a ‘Quick Fix’ version of an original video that Mitch does for those people that like his videos but can’t watch a whole 30 minute long video. Most of EUDM cars have the same type of carpet, vaccuming is a horrible fight with dirt, what ends up with tears and pain 😅 (Cheers from Hungary )

I smoke but never in my cars or my house. That's the worst thing you can do to a cars interior. You may eventually get the smell out but you will never get all the tar out especially the headliner. It also dry rots the headliner and causes it to sag. I'm a detailer also

My first car was a 1987 Mitsubishi Galant. It was a great car but it had the shittiest carpet you ever saw. I spilled water on it and it left marks. No matter what we did, we couldn’t get it looking completely clean.

I'm still genuinely astonished at how a pre-wash rinse pulls off this much dirt, are you positive no chemical has touched it? I just can't see how your pressure washer pulls all the dirt off in the very first rinse

@@aliciathomas6477 yeah of course, I obviously need a more powerful washer than my Karcher K4, as I have to pre wash then rinsing that off takes most of the dirt, I’ve stopped doing a pre rinse now as it doesn’t do a huge amount

This guy is quite literally grinding/pushing the dirt all over the vehicle with the pressure washer causing micro scratches, he needs to Foam first to emulsify the dirt, rinse, foam again for more lubrication, then hand wash. Alot less chance of scratching. It makes me cringe, he NEVER does it no matter how dirty the vehicle is. Should be common practice

When I was a smoker, I smoked in my car, and when I cleaned it, it was never clean because of the smoke. It's never good to smoke in your vehicle. It's not good for anyone's health.
