So for anyone wondering about their products, I have some info as I just placed my second order from them. The acid is WONDERFUL. I bought some for my vehicles, I have a 99 ram 1500 with 316k miles on it, and a 08 Honda Odyssey I just bought with 153k the last week of june (now 159k, I drive a lot) the van had never had the rims cleaned. To the point that the brake dust had rusted and the aluminum wheels were rust orange. I started with the iron eraser. I didn’t have great luck with that, although it did help instead of just straight acid. But once I put the acid on and did some scrubbing, the results were INCREDIBLE. My rims look like brand new! I can’t wait to use it on my truck, unfortunately I ran out so I just made my second order. Since the van has leather, I bought the leather cleaner and the leather conditioner. The cleaner made quick work of the dingy old sweat covered seats. And the conditioner made them look and feel like factory fresh leather, and has a fantastic leather scent! It’s so good! My only gripe is the fact that the conditioner bottle should have had a squirt top (like a wax bottle) instead of a spray nozzle as it is way too thick to spray. And the spray nozzles were too short to get the last little bit out of the bottles. Other than that I’m extremely satisfied with all of the products I have, but a pro tip is to get different bottles from Lowe’s or Home Depot (the Zeps spray bottles are perfect because they work great with caustic products) Unfortunately they were sold out of the gallon bottles of the acid so I’m not happy about that. I really wanted the gallon bottle because I have so much to use it on, as I have a bunch of vehicles sitting here I would like to use it on. I’ll just have to wait and deal with the small bottle for now until it’s available

If someone trashed my car like that, I would be livid and they would be paying to have it cleaned for sure. Having a hard time believing that the car didn’t just get “ trashed “ in the parking lot for views. I’m sure that their are people out there that would trash a car that badly, but that was a little much.

Don't forget, someone pays for that. A lot of problems arise because people are not willing to pay a lot for services, but they still want a time consuming job. Pay less and people rush or cut corners.

Nicely done! As a detailer myself I always find it amazing how people close doors. Fingers all over the paint and trim. This drives me nuts! I noticed she put her finger prints all over it lol

Question since you would detailer. I have a sofa that I want to clean. and it has some stains of food that fell over and sat on there. I want to know what drill can I buy. what type of extractor machine and what should I use because maybe the brush would be too harsh on the material of the sofa

I knew someone who had one just like that. It too was a lease, and at the end she traded it for a black 2019 RAV4.

How challenging is it to remove seats with power adjust, heater, and A/C? I’ve spilled so much over seven years of owning my car, know I need the carpet cleaned big time, but am reluctant to try to choose a detailer who can remove and reinstall the seats. Over-worry or real concern? Thanks! These videos are mesmerizing!
