Take any conditioner Wet hair Apply conditioner After 35 to 40 minutes take shower Wash without shampoo And don't use shampoo for almost 2 days Do this once or twice every month Trim hair after every 3 months Always apply oil before taking shower

@soy dora yess,it is. Damp hair means not too dry yet not too wet hair.You can damp ur hair only by spraying water on it using a spray bottle.
