In Tibetan Buddhism, Buddhism is the core but there are many beliefs, systems and cultures that differ. There are lamas who are believed to be reborn to serve humanity. There are drums and other rituals that aren't from Buddhism, rather inspired from shamism. There are teachings of Tibetan Buddha's such as Milarepa, and hey tsongkhapa. Also there are vajra rinpoches who can marry even though they too are monks called Ngagpa. Tibetan Buddhism has its own systems that differ from other Buddhist practitioners. That's why, Tibetan Buddhism exists and has been the most famous among others. However, the core is still Buddha's but emphasis is mainly on nagarjuna's / Nalanda's teachings.

kelash ji for 30:32 your kind information, i would like to tell you that you were taught the wrong history of tibet. First monastry samay monastry was built by Guru Rinpoche, the lotus born second buddha Padmasambawaha. The king of Tibet and tibetans take refuge to padmasambawaha. Acharia santaraksita was a proffesor and learned monk of nalanda. without guru padmasambawaha blessing buddhism wouldnot have possible in tibet becauce of demonic and other samanist influence which achcaria santaraksita himself told the king of tibet to invite Guru Rinpoche to Tibet. this is the correct history.

Sherab lak, he is the primary Hindi Translator of His Holiness. Do you really think, he would be wrong with the history? In the shakapa book also, it is mentioned Guru Rinpoche was invited after Shantarakshita and infact Shantarakshita was the one who suggested the king to invite him to swade the demons affecting the Samay Gonpa. I suggest you read the book which is available on the internet for free in pdf form.

What existed in Tibet was not original Budhism of Gowthama Buddha, but Lamaist theocracy, which kept Tibet backward, and poorest.

This Chinese shill is parroting the evil CCP propaganda peddled to demonise HH The Dalai Lama and vilify the Tibetan to give a pretext for their brutal invasion and illegal occupation of independent Tibet! Unfortunately, for the CCP the world sees the Dalai Lama as the greatest Buddhist leader of the whole world thus exposing the lies that have been spread by the evil CCP. Today, even the evil CCP is scrambling to get a hand on the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama! This alone proves beyond a shadow of doubt, the CCP’s narrative was nothing but a fabrication and figment of their imagination!
