its implied that side order happens after. after off the hook is finished performing by themselves, marina says she wants to go with pearl to work on her "special side project"

3:20 I wrote my own english lyric interpretation for pearls rap! I am fully aware the inklish she sings in isn’t meant to be english, I just picked words that sounded similar enough yk? Anyways heree-! If any of you have thoughts on words that’d fit better lmk! btw i tried to make them make sense but some parts are just to make it sound betterr “With me! Hot take: adding off the hook's music instead of liquid sunshine before big betrayal was a horrible idea, and overall worldbuilding-wise this live has horrible

Thank goodness someone feels the same as me. Of course 99.9% of people is gonna say the take sucks cause they just love Marina and Pearl to much I guess. They honestly should of only sung now or never together.

@@lol_fruits yeah, it was basically tradition. Which is sad they just threw out the window entirely with this live. My friend who is a hyper-splatoon fan (safe to say they're bigger of a fan than I am by a long shot) was also pretty disappointed with this live because it just felt out of place , I'm tired of people pretending Nintendo has never messed up in their lives.. because this had so many bad things that just added up to make it overall a fairly negative experience. (Also I would like to point out how the people disagreeing with this are off the hook and Deep Cut fans)

You know what's cool about this, if they ever had a concert with all the idols, they now have a perfect transitions Start with the squid sisters, then end on Liquid Sunshine that then leads into Big Betrayal and the intro to Deep Cut, then they end on Anarchy Rainbow which brings in Off The Hook, and I feel like the only way to end it would then to have Mega Mix of the Calamari Incantation, since it's such an integral song to the series Just thinking cause it'd be cool to one day see all the idols together, but so far I'm content with this LULW
