Hi Caleb, great video as always. However I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed that he had a collection worth over $40000 and yet there were zero copies of My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure. It really should be at the top of your list and I hope that you purchase a copy soon.

The Hd Dvd player was actually for HD Dvd which is a separate medium to DVD. PS3 had a Blu Ray Player in it (one of the reasons it was so overpriced due to costs of that inclusion) and there was a format war between HD Dvd and Blu Ray. They had mostly similar specs and similar-ish quality. However, Blu Ray won out, and therefore the bet that Sony put on including a Blu Ray player in their console snow balled into that being the format going forward for both consoles but movies.

Tbh though I would say all of those people against resellers are probably grocery baggers that don’t understand business or the fact that yes you love games but you also have to earn a living.

People dont like resellers because they make even shitty old games crazy expensive. Because of resellers too PS 5 consoles were sold out 2 years and they sold them double bigger price than original stores sold. No thanks, resellers ruins the gaming and prices. But soon their game is over since for new generation consoles they stop making physical games soon alltogether. Starfield In xbox series x will be digital only release and after that most of the games...

@@susanna8612 regarding ps5s being sold out you are confused. Resellers weren’t the problem. It was scalpers using programs to purchase all the ps5s and “resell” them. Now to answer your next comment. Games have become far more popular as time has progressed leading to the influx of prices. Resellers are now using this popularity to create a business and earn a living. They aren’t the reason games have gone up in value. They just resell games based off what the market deems they are worth. I’m sorry the days of going to a flea market and buying a GameCube for $10 is over but you shouldn’t blame resellers.

Not everyone is an expert on every god dam console and game ever made regardless of the resale. Except you, who really cares if it had no grails? Most grails are overpriced garbage. People usually collect grails so they can brag what they have. CiB is only for people with OCD. Collectors additions are just expensive plastic, cardboard and ink.

I collect for the DS family, a few other games you go with some decent value are the Chibi Robo Park Patrol, Retro Game Challenge, Metal Gear Solid 3D, and Phatasy Star 0. If they are all complete, they will go for over $50 easy

@@markymarc1 i know this old replay. Most because a lot of it... i wouldnt even buy or collect. Hardly seen any Quality titles. My guess it was sold for like 15000-25000. I wonder if we can get update how well this sold. What profit was made. Their couple solid picks in games he showed/hardware... but personally nothing that picked my interest.

The Xbox360 hd-dvd is a pretty cool part of history. It re-introduced the format wars akin to the VHS vs Betamax. Sony backed Blu-ray, Microsoft was backing HD-DVD (not in original console hence the "addon"). In the end Blu-ray won (giving Sony a 1-1 record for backing formats). I know I had a bunch of HD-Dvds to watch on the 360, but dont remember getting many games that utilized it.

That is one hell of a collection there. Lots of awesome games and consoles like the GB light and Ys Origin Limited run. The GB light was only released in Japan and was the first backlit gameboy until the AGS 101SP.

The HD DVD was Microsoft’s answer to blu rays, as you can tell it didn’t take off. The Xbox 360 could play regular DVDs without that.

I go garage saling all the time and this weekend found some high dollar gba games after watching you. I picked them up for a 50 cents a piece. And will make anywhere from 180-260 based on sold comps. Keep doing what you are. I truly enjoy your channel so much.

I always just include low dollar games with console sales. Mainly because most times people just hear free and say ok throw in a game and I’ll buy it. So I just dig in my 5 dollars or less bin and grab a random game.

You should probably think about upgrading your tv in the future Caleb if you want to truly see what the ps5 is capable of got to get a tv that supports 120 fps along with really good hdr I have a older Samsung tv that was top the the line of 2019

All I want is resident evil 2 for n64 just to relive the memories I had. As a kid I use to watch my dad play resident evil 2 for hours, he'd give me a controller that's not even connected just to play with him lol! Great times. I miss them days. But nice collection, I had to give up my entire collection to help out with my parents and u haven't been able to get back into buying or collecting since it's hard now.

The XBOX HD DVVD player was for a format of DVDs that didn't survive. The format was "HDDvD" is was the competitor to Blu Ray DVDs.

Xbox 360 does play dvds that attachment were for hv dvd which is a totally different video format, they were trying to compete with blu ray

Do you talk or deal with sealed games anymore or is that a topic that you no longer really cover on the channel due to previous things that have happened? I am a sealed collector and so that excites me more than open case games unless they're like complete GBA and stuff like that
