@@WdsgbtSaints Whatnot is just as guilty as Nicole. When I contacted WN after my issue WN never contacted me. I sent multiple messages asking for their help. They just ignored me. There used to be a thing where a business was responsible/liable for anyone representing that company. Whatnot ignores all the illegal activities going on under them. And that’s the part I don’t understand.

@@poetsdreamsatc has always I say always responded to my emails. I have never had an issue with Whatnot not taking care of an issue that I’ve had with a reseller. You have to back up your claim obviously. But if you’re right, and you’ve proven it, what not will back you up. Like I said, I’ve never had a problem with Whatnot.

So the shipping thing went like this.... She just printed 4 ounces for every single package say 200 of them... and some were 8 ounces, some were 12 etc... in other words the 4 ounce labels costs $4 and she should have been printing 12 ounce or 9 ounce or whatever and it would have costs $6 say or $5.50.. so eevry package was undercharged. Yes if ebay catches it they will charge you, but thats not what its for. You aren't suppose to KNOWINGLY DID IT.. which she did, no matter how many times she says "it wasnt intentional". If you knw the labels werent the right weights and you printed them anyways.. yeah thats a crime

⁠⁠@@sellsformoola “whatnot” does say that in the policy, but when I spoke with a representative he or she said to me that they could really ban for whatever reason they felt like doing it for…. which I thought was against their own policy. lol. I think whatnot ppl just pick and choose what to say / do according to what is good for themselves… certain things that sellers will do shady or even illegal things, they will allow. If it is making them a sh*ton of money ..Others they won’t... and then it’s a ban. It’s a platform of favoritism and greed ..

I think the biggest problem is, there are always going to be new resellers. Back in her early ebay days I was watching her videos, I had been on ebay since 2004...and found her "advice" a bit off...since we were making our living off ebay clothing only..and able to put my husbands military disability away..one day i was watching on the television and my husband wandered in and made a statement about her inventory...I laughed, unfollowed her...but started seeing beware of videos..

I was new to the reselling world a couple of yrs ago around 2018 and actually bought an item from her. She made a video on what sold and my item came up -she was upset because she said she lost money on that item!😅 So I guess she didn't me! Lol Anywho that was before I knew all the scandalous things she did. Ever since then I just sit back with my popcorn and watch train wreck after train wreck happen! It's mind blowing to see the crap people pay up for on Whatnot! The other day some idiot paid $76 for 99 cent package of lip balm!! She is a good damn sales person I do give her that but that's all! 😅

So when she said that she didn’t wash them that the people who donated did it stick out to me. I found it gross and unprofessional to sell dirty clothes to others. @@RockstarFlipper Honestly I had never heard about Nicole. Didn’t even know who she was. I just happened to find her on whatnot. I was brand new to whatnot. My first ever transaction was on a clothing show. Then when Nicole started doing the handbag “mystery boxes”. At first I got so into the bidding that I didn’t pay much attention to her voice. It was incredibly hard to watch her with earbuds in. I think she got louder as time went on. Anyway I bought from her for a few months. Clothes, shoes handbags… She even made me a mod a few times. What did it for me and ended my need to ever go back to her shows was an auction for a mystery box I bid on. The amount of the bid was $87 when I swiped…in the blink of an eye that single $87 swipe jumped to $412. Of course no one bid after mine. (I’ve learned here in Vanessa’s videos it’s called shill bidding. I know this happens in all of Nicole’s auctions) I IMMEDIATELY told Nicole that bid was a mistake. Nicole said she couldn’t cancel the bid plus she doesn’t do cancellations. People in the chat including the mods started harassing me for asking to please cancel that bid. I then IMMEDIATELY contacted whatnot and explained that someone had to have placed a custom bid over $400+ at the same time I swiped and to please cancel the auction. I never heard back from whatnot. No one ever contacted me by phone or email despite the urgent messages I sent them. I ended up having to pay $440 with tax and shipping. It was after that auction I started looking into Nicole. I had no idea what she’s done. I have learned so much from Vanessa’s videos. I only wish I knew all this before. Sorry for the long story. I just wanted you to know that some people just have no idea about resellers. I assumed Nicole was a legit seller being on whatnot thinking it was an honest platform. Little did I know that whatnot is as slimy as Nicole.

I haven’t thought about this woman since her reseller planner days (2021) and I got scammed. I bought a year’s worth (4 planners) and received the first one when I was supposed to. The second never came, I emailed, and got it. 3 & 4 never came. I thought I’d get all four at once, but that wasn’t the case. That was the end of my support for NS. I learned a LOT after that, and I’m disappointed I didn’t look her up before giving her money and views. Disappointed to see she’s still at it.

I bought a States Crate back in the day and it was terrible. I had do donate all of it. Also Deal Queen has said she has no idea why she herself was banned from eBAY, but I highly doubt that.

This made me remember in 2017, I was watching her videos because "reseller" and Nicole STATE was buying NIKE outlet clothes in Portland OR, which is also NIKE headquarters. and telling her viewers about the NIKE "prototypes" she was finding there and at local Portland thrift stores (y'know, from employees), and then later she set up this big auction where she sold a "prototype" tennis dress for hundreds of dollars and it was either fake or irregular, but she blamed the buyer saying they were scamming her. Others were saying it was a shill buyer.

Although I do agree she is 100% a scammer, she was not lying about the Nike prototype sneakers. I found a few at the Ceder Hills Goodwill which is down the street from Nike HQ once I figured out where she would find them because she would never advertise which Goodwill she would find them at. However this was also back in 2021 which seems like a time when she wasn't as sketchy as she is now. My wife and I started reselling because of her but fuck that scammer.

I remember a boiled wool sweater/jacket/cardigan - while the fiber tip was good, the sale was hugely overstated or was another shill bid item. I never bought from her because I was around just a short while b4 she made fun of Lindey's response to learning her child's diagnosis. Had to let her go for that, but I kept off/on track of most of her crap lies until Whatnot... wow! How can she sleep at night? She's like a train that keeps wrecking. I thought maybe she was spiking her shipments, but from her feedback, I guess not.

Ugh the shrieking PTSD to the max - you forgot to mention her BEST friend doesn't speak to her any longer. Def some falling out there. Also just recently she complained that she had a huge bill from the hospital. Reminder - she HAD A SHOW TO RAISE FUNDS TO COVER THIS, but it seems maybe all that money everyone gave her was spent on dollar tree dog toys or ross purses to the tune of 11,000. Even Whatnot waived her god damn fees for that show. She DESTROYED people after a visit to TX, to the point that some had to seek therapy. She is a bossy dishonest scammer, who for someone reason can manage to stay out of jail.
