Just cut the acrylic with the laser, the same as a non printed acrylic.

Nice tip! The same brand also makes a decal paper, has anyone ever tried it with the same method? It seems to be cheaper than the tattoo paper

Yes, you just need to buy the laser printer tattoo paper as stated in the video.

I don't know the long-term durability of this process on something that will be washed. I am sure that if the printed surface is coated with a durable polyurethane spray after it is printed and cut it should hold up well, but I do recommend doing some durability testing on your product to be sure.
