I was going to say the same thing. Crescent rolls are meant to be baked, so they have all the oils they need in them to not be dry when baked and just... perfect as they are. The fries were a better example that frying is better if you want that fried effect.

Even with the airfryer I think they didn't cook the potatoes thoroughly enough to have a comparison

Also you CAN add oil in the air fryer. I make won tons and I always coat them in melted vegan butter because if I'm going to eat vegan cream cheese filled won tons, I might as well. Recommended eats: quesadillas, brussel sprouts coated with oil and vinegar, battered cauliflower, fried rice, and basically anything you would bake that will fit. An air fryer is faster than an oven or a frying pan and is better in my opinion. Glad you guys enjoyed it.

You don't have to add oil at all, think of it as the equivalent of pan frying or baking with the proper tools.

If you bread chicken/wings. They come out nice and crispy just like they were fried.

Also for fries you have to toss them in a bit of oil so it comes out c r i s p y

IzHetBean acleast someone else knows about this i know if it set of my epilepsy i would be heartbroken. I only have absent seizures and i cant imagine it being set off and having severe epilepsy especially when i was just taken off my medication
