I was 8 in 1969, but in 1970s I had a friend whose brother had a Woodstock vinyl and played it for us. We were kids and laughed at some of the songs, we didn't understand that this was something "wow". I still think about listening to that record today, the only difference is "I understand now", wink.

I was at Woodstock but I stayed away from the main stage until Monday morning to see Hendrix (from about a mile away). The Free Stage was where all the fun (and free dope) was. The Merry Pranksters were tossing acid by the handfuls into the crowd. Pretty much all of the bands that played on the main stage also played on the Free Stage that weekend.

I missed Woodstock, being in Arizona and broke at the time. Closest I got was two weeks after Woodstock, this guy and two girls showed up at our kind of a commune thing we called The Family. We all wound up camping on the edge of a lake in the high desert and I slept in the tent they used at Woodstock. Pretty pathetic connection to Woodstock, but it's all I've got. lol.......... People today have no idea what it was like to live in those years; you had to be there. John Lennon said something about the 60's I thought rang true, he said the 60's didn't give us the answer, it opened us to what was possible.

This number represents how many times this planet called Earth has revolved around the Sun, since we were born. And what? More important is how we lived. I lived poor, I walked barefoot for a long time, but I was happy. I worked as a pharmacist and I liked the hippy "movement" (from Woodstock) and from all over the world. Those people wanted only love and peace. Which, as you can see, is not very much on Earth... Well rendered faces, but many of the AI generated hands look distorted in a rheumatoid arthritis kind of way. I suspect that will improve in time, as the machines keep learning.

I created this video using a.i. and combined it with this specific song to capture and convey a specific feeling based on a moment in time. The images aren't perfect, but they don't need to be. The brain is a powerful organ but is easily misdirected (just ask any magician 🙂). I'm okay with the small flaws in A.I. as long as I get the overall feeling right. Thanks for your comment!

If I understand correctly, you used an AI to make these images? A little research, a little assembly work with video software and you're done. Not much to get excited about, I'd say.

Anyone who’s uses A.I. extensively understands the amount of exploration it takes to get images exactly the way you want them. This includes what type of camera, lenses, camera setting, lighting, camera angles and composition. Anyone who creates film and/ or photography understands the art of storytelling. This includes building a scene as well as pacing using music to create a mood or evoke a feeling. With that said, in creating this video, my goal wasn’t to “get people excited” as you put it, but to use my skills to recreate a historical event with the hope that it might bring a smile or two to the faces of many people who lived in that era?🤷♂️ Thanks for your comment.✌️🙏
