Deep Sea Diver is finally getting the attention they greatly deserve. Jessica Dobson is a fantastic writer of music and Impossible Weight is an extraordinary continuation of this incredible sound. I look forward to your return to an audience at the Neptune. Been a faithful listener since seeing Deep Sea Diver at Fisherman's Village Music festival in 15'. Made my year with this album!

Has anyone besides me noticed the amusing irony of the lyrics talking about fearing having to let folks surrounding her in the music industry down because of their expectations and her fear she might not be able to live up to them, but the song is insanely catchy and wonderful so that the exact opposite is what's happening? 🙂

The little synths that kick in at 1:01 are magic. This song is the definition of epic. Great stuff. Will def be checking out the record. The empty scenery makes me so sad, I saw the “making of” video and it was hard to not get emotional thinking of all the concerts and venues that have been lost because of the pandemic. I was one of those fools that would go to a diff show every week by myself, just to lose myself in sounds and support musicians. Hurts not to have that. Stay strong!!!
