It’s essential to warm up the larynx muscles before any exercise aimed at reducing its tightness. It can be the tongue-rolling exercise or simply yawn-holding.
This practice is excellent because it effortlessly opens up your voice. Whether you like it or not, the larynx will open - just follow a few critical technical rules.
First, make a yawn in your mouth and hold it. Second, do the exercise barefoot. We need to have a flat surface under our feet. You should not be wearing any shoes that would elevate your sole. Socks or flat shoes will do. Sneakers and boots won’t.
