I used to love following him a lot for quite a few years in the 90's but then for me something seemed "off" compared to many other gurus I encountered, , looking for Life's answers. I moved on and was no longer drawn to him. Then a few years ago I heard him really trash and badmouth a political figure and I shrank in horror at the pomposity, but somehow I just let it go because I had lost interest in his mode of teaching, he seemed a bit not genuine. I was delighted to listen to him here and feel a bit more comfortable with him like when I first discovered him. With spiritual teachers its really important to tune into your own intuition and trust that when a student is ready, the right teacher appears, and just trust that. Fitbit? well now I have to look into that, I had given up on that sort of thing.

I totally believe what you are saying Dr Chopra, because as a Psychologist I share the same thoughts with my clients s. Dr Chopra you left one very crucial ingredient out. Poverty and the reality that because of the lack of access to education and poverty are realtime speed breakers to what you are explaining ! I agree with everything. But is it not easy to speak this when poverty is not there in our life and where for a lot of people , poverty is a lived life and the lived life is a dream, a constant dream of the reality of poverty ! I wish I could debate on this with you. Not publically, but personally , Dr you may not have answers to my reflections sir. And I write with no malice . Regards

Also the book... 'Give up meditation Get Enlightenment' puts forward the limitation of meditation and takes one to Enlighten ment through intellectual understanding. Practice is not required to quieten the mind.

After spending, $5000 or so on Chopra's windom, you will take away that when you are afraid, you body will fee tense, and to reach the states of beta, delta, gamma, whatever, you have to take a breathing pause...WHO KNEW?? Incredible insight worth ten times th money I would have spent.

I mean look for the dimond yourself don't go by someone else guidance because it will always Make your skip the things or the hurdles coming on the way and solving them with your own potential rather training your mind by someone else logic. Very well explained on how to breathe to drop into the different levels of mind ! That is so helpful ! Remember that you are planting seeds for a future harvest ! As I look back on the life lived ! I can see the harvest . That I was rewarded ! Even though I didn't know or believe let's say . I still got the prizes like them or not ! I rejoice in the realization of discovery and now play with it ! For good ! When we all work together on ourselves for good each projecting Love ❤ kindness. You will notice peace starting to unfold. Then you get tested ! A challenge will come up that is the time you need to hold to the feeling of kindness and compassion and Love ❤. If you watch the news . Observe your inner feelings. You could be planting seeds ! Think of a peaceful outcome. Do you notice the thoughts you are having right now ? 🤔 Are thoughs thoughts of the world or of Love and forgiveness ? That is the ripple we partake in ! That's what all these teachers are trying to point out ! Bio regulation - experiment , on the treadmill on high incline / speed , negative thought = stress increases and heart rate I saw on the monitor 179 , I am aware , I shift the thought and , I saw the heart rate 121 .........he is speaking the truth .....love and light ❤️ ❤️❤️

It is a scam. There is nothing like quantum healing. It is psudo science. I am also a science student and there is nothing like quantum healing. This is a total scam. In reality we have no control over wired quantum phenomenon. Quantum is purely a concept of mathematics

9:30 everybody only accepts it because it’s a very real problem. We don’t want to acknowledge it because it makes us unhappy but we have to give it recognition. Ignoring life and social constructs, no matter how insane they are, isn’t an option otherwise that’s ignorance in my opinion. Being oblivious to the world and focussing on your own awareness is good but it isn’t possible to maintain 100% of the time. Yes, you can take yourself away from the rest of the world and all of its insanity like the gurus or monks, this will make you happy of course, but how can you live with yourself knowing that these monsters are destroying your planet? There is no obligation of course to do anything or influence others actions but I personally couldn’t go away and separate myself from society full time knowing that there are people who need my help. I agree that going away from this madness is necessary and this chaos has gotten too bad to control or change without a miracle but I do think that completely isolating oneself from ‘the norm’ is selfish and quite ignorant just so one can be happy in their own self. P.s. I do love this content and this discussion but this is just my opinion. I also give huge respect to Chopra 12:06 especially as he is imparting his knowledge upon others to help them whilst still maintaining his own inner peace and strength. I think this is a respectable way to live. This is sustainable happiness that isn’t living in ignorance. The second half of the video about breathing breaks, helping with nerves, being in love to allow time to not be considered... I love all of this. Peace, harmony, laughter and love.
