I just want to add something: just do three things more to get out of such addiction i.e.: 1) Go for a run daily morning or evening (am not talking about gym workout) 2) Try to work in a group don't stay alone in a room for hrs. 3) if u feel that you can't control just ignore it bcz it is natural and it happens with everyone...just control it and continue your work...don't stay on bed for long ..(just remember mobile is a medium and it's ur duty on urself how u use technology ) All these things have helped me to grow in just one month ...just try it for 15 days u will feel the change...i know that start is difficult but remember that it's the only thing which is difficult... journey gets easy and easy....JAI SHREE RAM🚩
