Mind exercise is vital for body and mind… yesterday I started with meditation for the first time for 18mins it’s miracle what changes it does …. I was constantly frustrated,confused stressed which affected my studies …. Yesterday not only I could calm myself down but also could control my thoughts for an extent I will include 30 mins of the day to meditation
