Deepcool GamerStorm TF120S - Fan Noise

It's certainly not the best on the market, but it's quite a good fan for having such a unique design. I quite like the appearance of it, although it is a real pain to dust, as you might be able to see. I personally wouldn't replace these on an included cooler, unless you're planning on swapping them for premium fans like Noctua NF-A12x25 or Phanteks F120T30.

Those are the perfect fans for my driving sim, just need to make a script so when I accel it also raises the fan speed!

That hum sounded familiar, so I went back & listened to your Bionix P120 ARGB video. In both, it seemed the hum happened when changing RPMs, but the actual fan noise of this fan was much louder.

The hum happens at specific speeds, as its a resonance, so the fact that the speed is changing isn't necessarily related. Also it's expected for this fan to be louder because it has more steeper blades and thus moves more air at a given speed.

I have this fan, it does indeed resonate like the sample in this video. It's annoying, but at least the fan isn't expensive.

The 'hairdryer' resonances are pretty bad with this one.

Yeah they're definitely noticeable, although certainly not the worst.
