I don’t think the gravity of this has sunk in to this guy, Sib. He really thinks he’s gonna get away with everything. I’m not a body language expert but you’d expect to see him devastated even if he didn’t do anything. I mean you’d expect a lot regret, remorse for not reporting the matter. He mentioned he watches these crime and ER stories so he thinks he’s safe. He’s giving Karabo Mokoena’s perpetrator. Not to discriminate but black people ubuntu. Growing up in the hood, he’s first instinct would be to report the dead body right away. The fact that he violated the corpse by undressing is disgusting and demonic. What I also think is that maybe he was paid to do so because this lady was pregnant but baby daddy is unknown. Maybe he was hired the BD and now he’s denying coz he was paid a large same of money. I’m not a lawyer but I don’t see him charged for murder.

It's not the first time he appears in court with a similar case, in 2022 he followed a lady with her 8 yrs, forcing to enter her door not knowing her boyfriend was upstairs, he had to call the security guard, he came back in the evening very aggressive to an extent of breaking the security guards mobile phone, expensive pair of spectacles n damaged the property, his father said he'll pay for damages and he never instead he blocked the security guard, to escape that Bafana said he is relocating to Mpumalanga and the court interdict was opened for Bafana, the lady was in shock as she was informed by the security at the complex that Bafana has another case similar to hers,

my kids have seen this series prior to this case,they were always talking about it,when i told them about this case,in asking them what would they have done,if they found themselves in a similar situation ,they said this similar to what happened to "when they see us"in bafana's case though ,the undressing and wearing is a huge red flag .

This case is very complex. Its going to get us talking. I dont think the boy intended to kill ms Kluyts, but as soon as he had realised what had happened he acted out of character. I guess also if he didn't do it, he definitely saw the killer.
