I composed this sleep music "Autmn Breeze" to help you fall asleep fast and easily. With DELTA binaural beats @ 3-Hz you can count on this sleeping music as your companion during a great night of deep sleep. This track has some character with clicks and pops, reminiscent of a vinyl radio broadcast.
Listen to this sleep-soundscape whenever you feel like relaxing from stress, taking a nap or when you encounter sleeping problems at night. Ease into a restful night’s sleep by listening to these relaxing sounds. Calm your over-active mind and control your breathing to lower stress easily.

I reallt needed this new drop tonight. Zac, you honestly have no idea the positive impact your bedtime tunes have made. For someone with depression, anxiety and ADHD, sleeping can be challenging, especially with so many struggles in life. You whole channel commment section always has a vibe of humanity, empathy and understanding that we all walk different paths, yet come accross similar obstacles. A place where everyone is so supportive, before bed, is such a wonderful thing you created. I've been listening to these for at least a couple years nightly. So I may be too broke to Join, but hopefully my watchtime helps. Have a good night.

Reminds me of a memory of when I was a kid. I remember playing perfect Dark 64 with my brother. We were so close to each other and somehow we drifted apart. Just life I suppose; we chose different paths to go down in our lives. We promised we'd stick together when we grew up, but never did. I miss him. We don't speak to each other as much neither now a days. Thank you very much for creating this Zac

This is no doubt, one of the few best existing places to live in holidays. I feel like this is the kind of my own imaginative holiday place to go. I've been around Hobart, Brisbane, Uluru, other new places to go and have an extraordinary life. I hope everyone else get their chance. The music background is truly peaceful and heart-warming, reminds me some beautiful songs in Lord of the Rings. Even imagine to be part of it, too.

Thank you so much! I was literally thinking about my dream apartment and suddenly this showed up my feed. I zoomed in every detail and this is perfect, I made myself believe this is where I sleep and this was the coziest bed 😅🤍 I work remotely so it even has a nice desk. I would drink coffee in the morning on the balcony. Even the slippers and the macbook playing one of your miracles is so amaaazing! I even imagined how the kicten,living room and bathroom would look like. And the curtains floating and the pink clouds. This is awesome, thank you, I am manifesting this apartment.🎉

Try it after 7 years and 2 beautiful children. She gives up just as we enter our 30’s and start to figure it all out. I’ve just gotten my mental health together, went to the docs and got on some medication, slowed down at work, getting better with finances, got off drugs years ago after being an addict for so long, got her a new car, getting kids in a better routine, doing more as a family…I feel like I’m the best version of myself that I’ve ever been and she left me Sunday after a beautiful day at the zoo with our children. I changed so much for her to try and make her happy but it wasn’t enough. It doesn’t make sense, I’ve been upset about it, but now it’s almost a relief, like a weight off my shoulders I’ve been carrying for years. Still as sad as I am, I’ve not lost the hope that I had for us, instead I want to just have hope that I can do this on my own and just want to focus on being a good Father as I didn’t have a great one myself growing up. I’m not crying you’re crying 🥲

Zac, I was using this particular video at home, and it was helping a lot, but I've been in the hospital all week, and it has been crucial for my well-being! It's allowed me to get sleep that I don't think I'd have gotten otherwise. Sleeptube, i have been struggling with severe heart break these last 2,5 years, it doesn’t go a minute without me thinking about it and it’s painful och effects me a lot, when I say a lot I really mean it, people ask what’s wrong all the time and to be honest I don’t have a concrete answer. I have been feeling like pure shit for the last 2,5 years. I’m stuck in an impossible dilemma. To say your channel has helped me is an understatement. Makes no sense to me but .. My Apple watch shows time and time again I go into deep sleep and stay there with this. This is true even when sleeping in odd places. Recommend AirPods Max for full effect

1 month ago I started to apply the Law of assumption techniques by Neiville Goddard. This audios are helping me to start shifting to my state of the wish fulfilled as well as I have had strong sessions of mental diets. Also I have been able to enter to my subconcious mind "archives" and see them vividly. Thanks for doing this content my friend. Keep it up.
