-Impact of meditation on brain- Meditation is like sleeping, you don't do it, it happens out of it's own accord. You just create favourable conditions. -Don't try to meditate just ask yourself how you can make your brain inline so that it can be able to meditate. -Max time we are in inbetween drifts. -Casual talk leads to fighting as you drift to emotional weakness.These are harmful for relationships. Thoughts become words & if they are drifted thoughts they can burn your life down. Happened while I got angry with my father when he was having an argument with her, i drifted into some other zone & burned. So every conversation should be carefully thought out. Habits pave the way in this. So be aware of them. -Common people have replaced meditation with Pooja path/rituals & they expect the same result. -Meditation is the fastest & the best way to upgrade your brain. For this you need active agile silence, as in be consciously silent, not by force or compulsion. Agile means, if any thought come into your mind be vigilant about it. -Every thought is like welcoming a stranger into your house, see he can be a robber & rob your whole house, your's & other's peace of mind. This happens daily in life, one intense thought comes & you get drifted with it. Have active agile vigilant silence. Structure of acceptance (SOA), if you get angry on someone again & again then it becomes (SOA), even tho you don't want it, it will blast like a bomb again & again unless you become meditative about it. You need to consciously enquire that makes you angry & why, go into deapth, what is triggering you again & again, from past & all. Means something is definitely wrong with your relationship with that, you need to figure out what & then correct it by working upon it consciously. Acknowledge it, knowing fact for a fact, accept it. Be ready for it, to face beforehand, & be MEDITATIVE about it. Every emotional incident is like a very deep river, don't anticipate or judge, just dive into it with meditativeness. Everyone perception may be different so give it a ear totally still don't judge, help if they seek & if you think you can really help them with NO ego. Dont get hurt by other words, they are mere sound you attach meaning to them. Do not judge or feel bad just enquire why, the truth. The silence within you meditates, you never meditate, it's by grace. Meditative mind can think strategically, more clearer than ever. If you are alive & can read zen yoga then you are not failure at all, that means you have a possibility. Thoughts can coherently connect after meditation, it's not run away from world, it's totally be in this world & not getting affected by a inch. It's not ascapism at all, no. Thought is not a simple thing, behind it is a deep emotion, behind it there is a whole train of experience. -If your mind don't goes into meditation state, thoughts move in rut(noise, impression).Then there will be confliction with others & within. Then contradictory thoughts happen. -Try not to hurt others with your thoughts/words at all, it's a way of ego which in return hurts you. - Absence of meditattive mind tend to suffering only,choice is always yours. 1.an argument by ashish sir 2.third intensity of brain 3.light conversations 4.con,t replace meditation with this 5.how does meditation upgrade our brain 6.with meditates in our brain 7. Hello Brother I received my book today. I m listening to jk since 2 years and I think I understand his teachings and feel the substantial difference in my daily life. I reached at a point where I needed the some help to learn about our mind throughly and suddenly your video appeared on KZfaq 4 days ago. That’s exactly I was looking as it’s not easy to understand jk sir easily. And he condemned becoming but he has different meaning of that. We have to work hard with books and knowledge in the beginning then we develop some intelligence which to guide us towards deep learning. Thanks a lot for your efforts and continuation towards humanity. 🙏🙏🙏

Looking at the thumbnail , perhaps the same thought came to my mind 'What exactly meditation is?" In 2019 , I went through "dark night of the soul " and after deep struggles , I managed to go through my healing process ... That spiritual awakening ( conciousness) . I do om chanting , and I 'm very intuitive , but I thought not to try meditation without a perfect guidance .... And your video again brought me to the thought , that " what exactly meditation is? What is purpose of practicing it ? And what could be the right way to practice it? "

Zen yoga k bare me ap se hi concept clear ho rahi hai meri. Thank you sir. but ap ki sare videos sunne k bad mere mind pe bahut sare questions arise hua hai, usko main clear karna chahti hun. ap pehle mere question ko sun lijiye fir agar ap ko ye questions valid lage to plz new video gift kar dena. 1. main jab zen yoga ki bare main sunti hun , uske bad kuch hours tak bahut high vibes main rehti hun. lekin muze aur bahut kuch kaam karna padti hai. main ek housewife hun .jab v koi problem arise hoti hai. mere thoughts bahut fast ho jati hai aur tangled ho jati hai. fir main jab bahar kuch meri friends and family se baat ki, unlogo ki life main v aisi hoti hai. chahe koi student ho, aur housewives, job karta ho. outside world main jo pressure hai uske sath deal karte karte sab depressed ho jati hai. mere sawal ye hai k ,ye jo life hoti hai insaan ki , jo log normally life ko jeena chahta hai. jin logo main patience aur samajdari v hoti hai, wo log 24x7 kyase high vibration main rahe. thouhtless kyase practice karu jo muze koi v situation main shake na kar paye. ap ne sir sahi kaha thought bahut padeshan karti hai. thoughtless mind kyase hoga ?mind main to thought ati jati rehti hai. aur hum uspe lizard ki tarah chipak ke rehte hai. zen yoga main kya iska koi upai hai? plz share sir. 2 . mahabharat main Krishna Arjun ko jo gita k gyan diya tha,war ho jane k bad arjun gita k gyan vul gaye the. iska matlab kya hua sir?Arjun kyun gyan ko vul gaya?maine ye question khud ko pucha to mind se answer aya k kurukshetra yuddh k bad Arjun k life shant aur happy tha isliye jaruraat nehi pada gita ka gyan yaad rakhne k liye .shayad ye meri assumptions hai but aise kyun hoti hai jab hum problem main hote hai tab gita ki gyan jaroorat padti hai. bahut confusion hai sir. ache time pe vul jate aur kharap time pe gita yaad a jati hai.
