Sir कृपया ये बताइए की नींद में अगर हमारे भीतर का कोई तत्त्व है जो हमारे शरीर से बाहर निकल कर शून्य में विचरण या कहीं भी विचरण करने जाता है तो वो क्या है जो सुबह उठने के बाद ये देखता है की वो बहुत परेशान था वो कैसे भी हो सकता है वो कौन था जो सपने देख रहा था वो कौन था जो सोते समय हमारी शारीरिक गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित किए हुए था वो क्या था जो नींद मे भी परेशान था आपके हिसाब से नींद जो है वो हमारे भीतर के सेल्फ का उस परमसत्ता के साथ एकाकार होना है तो उसके बाद भी हमे बेचैनी क्यू होती है मेरा प्रश्न ये है की हमारे सोने के बाद भी हमारे भीतर क्या है जो सोता नही है और वो हमारे भौतिक शरीर की तरह अच्छे सपने देखकर खुश भी होता है और खराब सपने देखकर दुखी भी होता है तो ये जो तत्व नींद में भी जाग रहा है ये शुद्ध चेतना तो नही हो सकती क्योंकि शुद्ध चेतना कभी दुखी या खुश नहीं होगी शायद कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करे और ऐसा उत्तर दे जो मुझे निरप्रश्न कर दे

How it can solve/ heal/ resolve all our problems and take us to the blissful state and free us from all thoughts and anguish and anxiety and body. ....Lot of people can be made interested in SELF if someone can give us a taste /trailer of that SELF WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK.
