This is lower margins for legacy automakers. 2024 and 2025 is going to be the year of FSD (just watch the FSD 12 videos), current take rate is only 5%. This will definitely expand. Legacy put their EV programs on hold due to Tesla's price cuts, the market is already realizing that EV's are superior and are the future. That being said, first half of 2024 will be tough, but Fed cutting rates should help with demand as well as hitting their S curve finally with their 4680 batteries around Q3 help their margins and EV Tax Credit qualifications

@@penname4764 Consumer owned robotaxis are a pipe dream for a variety of technical and regulatory reasons. 2024 and 2025 are not going to be the year of FSD sorry. And FSD v12 doesn't fix any of the issues that are limiting fully autonomous operations right now. Namely full hardware redundancy and handling the infinite number of edge cases that can occur while driving. But maybe it helps improve FSD as a Level 2 driver assistance package that will continue to have a very low take rate.

@@ZupE891 Tesla FSD is stuck on level 2. Waymo by Google is already at Level 4 and has been operating robotaxis in select cities. So Tesla is way behind Google. By the time Tesla can get to level 3. Waymo will be at level 5 true autonomy and then full expansion of Waymo robotaxi will be all over the US. Also Tesla robot sucks compare to Boston Dynamics which has the most advance robots.

I just ordered a Tesla and currently at all 3 locations in my state they have no sitting inventory and orders for most models are 6 weeks out and orders for the new model 3 are 2-3 months out. Cyber truck orders take longer. So I highly doubt that this is the year for storage facilities.

You're excited about TSLA, there is nothing wrong with that, but my advice to you is pull your head out of the clouds and look at where the technology is NOW before making wild claims about where it will be in some rosy future.
