I visited Knepp again a week later as the sun was shining! Walked all along the White Route looking at all the new nests and ended in the Pond Field where the same herd of deer were there once again. Lovely to see the huge antlers they have, all except for one who had lost one of them. A closer photo I took showed that the tip of the remaining antler had been broken off, so possibly in a fight? Apologies for the deer "watering the grass" at the end of the video-I didn't realise he was doing that until I had uploaded the video!
