In this Video I take a doe with my bow on our company lease in North Louisiana.I show some of the skinning and quartering of the deer. I deboned all the meat from the ribs, neck, and all four of the quarters to make my Burritos. I show all the steps in making the Burritos. They come out so good and are always a big hit at the camp.The tenderloins and back straps I save for other special recipes.
