I do the same thing with my daughter but she doesn't like going out far to catch dolphin but we bring it home we eat it and it gives us family time. Not only other kids happy they're learning how to cook they're learning how to do stuff in the kitchen which a lot of women these days I'm not saying no comments to nobody I'm sorry don't know how to cook or they won't try. We ate tons of fried barracuda as a kid...all caught around Big Pine Key......TONS of it....family dinners, fish fries, etc.....it was always a hit.

I was fishing Barracuda on the Maledives. Grilled it on the beach. Best tasting fish I've ever had.

When I formerly fished salt water, everyone raved about my smoked 'cuda. I think it's better smoked than an AJ. Rob, you're killing me putting those hot morsels on paper towels on the plate. They need to first go on a wire mesh to drip off the excess oil and stay crunchy. BUT, you can just about walk on water in my eyes-so it's all good.

Robert, yes, Barracudas taste better than a lot of other fish. I have this same argument with all my fishing buddies. And, yes, I got ciguatera once and believe me, it is no fun at all. It massed my brain receptors really bad. It took me about two months to get back to normal, but , anyway. Barracudas taste so good. The meat is white and it either slow cooks or deep fries perfectly. I tell everyone that Barracudas taste better than King Fish any day. Here in PR there are a lot of ships wrecks and the algae that grows on the coper / bronze canyons make algae to carry copper sulfide. Fish that eat it carry the poison but do not die. Barracudas go down deep and feed on these fish so sometimes they get to carry the ciguatera poison. But it is worth the risk. Barracudas taste so goooooood. All you have to do is wash them and get the sticky slime off of them when you catch them. They taste so goooddd.

I’ve had good experiences with trade. They sent me a lot more coffee than I ordered. They refused my payment when I told them about it. Then another time, I reduced a standard order to get less coffee, and again, they didn’t charge me for the coffee I received when they sent too much. I hope that they continue to make profit.
