Seen many a deermeatfordinner episodes. This one is great because of the people who Rob was surrounding himself with. No mentions of petty things. Just good people looking to survive, AND inviting others to share in their limited wealth. THIS is what we should strive for!

Hey Robert, I'm very happy and glad that you and your family got to experience everything you and your family have been through and enjoying yourself with my native island brother's and sister's. I am from guam born there and learned everything growing up and surviving the island way of life. Growing up out here in California is a totally different way of life and people taking life for granted. Robert i watch your videos and buddy you know first hand what we as islanders do with what we have to survive. Robert I want to thank you and your family for being there and seeing how we islanders survive with out the luxuries but we islanders stick together, helping each other through any situation. Thank you again. 💪🤙💪🤙🙏🙏

That tree climbing like that is something just not seen in the US very often. I remember when we went back to the island from which my father immigrated. He was in his late 60s when we visited, and he scampered up a 50' tall coconut tree like a squirrel and twisted off a couple of coconuts. That was after practicing medicine in Florida for more than 40 years (so no tree climbing practice during that time). You can take the boy off the island, but you can never take the island out of the boy!

Josh Moore I noticed that too! Didn't hesitate and she was totally comfortable with him. Not easy with small children most of the time! 😊 Very warm, hospitable people. Honest, hardworking people appreciate things more bcuz they work for everything they get and not a lot of "indulgences". They figure out early what it takes most a lifetime to learn. At the end of the day, as long as u have your health, food in your belly, a comfortable place to lay your head and love of family in your life....you're a wealthy man! 👍 FACTS! 😊

They don’t just make msg by the way. It’s not a “brand of MSG” it’s a brand that produces MSG as one of their products.

That seasoning he used is called “Ajinomoto”. It’s MSG powder. Mono sodium glutamate. It’s the japanese term for it. We use it in Hawaii too. We just call it “Aji” for short lol.

I'm allergic to msg. It's HORRIBLE for your brain, too. It's just a type of salt, a taste bud irritant that tricks your mind into thinking whatever you are eating tasted good. It seriously affects your brain and can bring on fatal illnesses.

I could be wrong but last time I checked I believe there was not a single study that can confirm any type of bad thing happening by the way of consuming MSG under normal quantities (with the exception of people who could be susceptible/sensitive to it)

Thank you deer meat for dinner. I come from a family who never hunted or camped out or even fished. I always had an overwhelming sense of adventure in me and I love being out in nature. Your videos have opened a new world to me ever since I joined your channel. I've been watching since 20k subs and you're the reason I love going fishing. I am also currently going through gun safety classes so one day I will be able to experience a hunt. God Bless
