Well,I'm not in college,I'm a 54 year old Vetern and I still like to rock the house every now and then! LOL! I'm more into the Southern Rock,but what the heck..the "Long Haired" bands of the 80's put some killer music out.

This song makes me want to go to an "80s night" at some disco somewhere.:D I also noticed the drummer w/ one arm, and the dude on guitar is epic-hot. I love a guy w/ big hair. XD I'm in my early 30s so I do recall this band as a small kid. Love it. :O)

I agree with cowboy's comment---80's music is the best..i am 42 and listen to it all the time. I may be getting older but i can still move to the music....after mid 90's the music and videos started to suck and made no sense whatsoever.

Rick Allen was not one-armed at first. That's the beauty of the music back in the days: members of bands were real pals (not some band put together by the music industry, singing on the tune of that techno s..t of today). So Rick joined Deff in 1978, lost his left arm in 1984, and they waited for him not only to recover, but to be able to regain his abilities as the great drummer that he is. Rock'n'roll rules forever!

Sad but true... For the vast majority of the kids these days, they associate this music with the label "old music", no one likes old music, even if it's good music. :(

After David Lee Roth's departure with Van Halen...there's was a trend of these larger than life arena rock acts like Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Guns N Roses, Whitesnake, Scorpions, Motley Crue, and even Metallica join the band wagon

Def Leppard rocks! Too bad about Steve Clark though,its not the same w/o him. In my opinion the guy they replaced him just doesn't seem to fit but then who could. Even though I am & always will be I like their older stuff better but its all good to me. Anything Def Leppard anytime.

Do you blame them for doing those larger than life shows?? Do you know what a couple of those bands went through to get to that point? And a couple of them have stood the test of time and are still going strong.. Metallica in my opinion did not jump on the bandwagon, they perfected their sound and created one of the all time greatest rock albums!!
@ubit39712 жыл бұрын
@HaloFreak12695 It was a rhetorical question, but snce you took the time to answer... How do you figure? Was 'radar phone' a British slang term for mobile/cellular phones? Because this song is the only reference to a "radar phone" I've ever heard and no phones have ever used Radar as a means of signal transmission.
