People know that Gospel artist and Ghanaians in general are timid and also dont like bad press attached to their work... with this fact kwame Mickey is trying to prey on their fear. This not a sampling case and will also be extreme difficult to claim its been an interpolation.

Brilliant submission based on your evidence but i will entreat you to research other copyright cases and you will know why copyright Ghana didn't use definite words but instead they preferred using "could" He's just been smart because the song eas titled defe defe. Having similar lyrics doesn't necessarily means you sampled same songs, melody which involves chord progression plays a role. The chorus might be inspired by the previous defe defe but you can clearly say is sampling
