Mrs. Tweedy: While this sequel was very unnecessary, I still thought it was pretty good. And Tweedy was still a cool villain. Metal Beak: Awesome! Phango: This movie was decent enough. But Phango was awesome, mainly since he's voiced by Liam Neeson. The Lizard King: Haven't seen the movie, but I like his design and the fact he's voiced by Matthew Lillard. Ruber: Terrible movie, decent villain. King Haggard: This movie was weird and sad, but also pretty great. And Haggard was an awesome villain. R.I.P. to Christopher Lee. Chester V: I personally really enjoyed this sequel. And Chester was a really entertaining villain. Joe: Underrated movie, underrated villain. Victor Maynott: This movie was honestly really good. And Maynott was a cool villain.

@@generalstorm8381 True. And they managed to make Mrs. Tweedy more evil than she already was (Hell, I was told by a fellow TV Troper than Mrs. Tweedy is now likely to qualify as an CM now). Though whether or not she perished for real this time remains to be seen.
