The "defense city", no lets call it what it really is the SELFISH leeching city (most of them, and unappreciatively at that) is what it is and sure as hell doesn't need even more things to be even easier to get. If you think attack or whatever solo or otherwise can be and or is ridiculous then you must accept that defense (and like it or not it really is) can and has gone just as if not more so insane. When you have people who can just sit on servers during SvS or even in battlefield and either win when a team is trying their all to take them out and they do so without really doing anything. OR you have a situation where again they sit on a server and they literally have to just not bother fighting it because their losses to yours is so crazy even with a rally there end up being no point. No, do not bother trying to refute the selfish city thing, as it simply is. You can not prove otherwise, as they will say what they want so badly and that is to just be hit. Meaning that their ability to hit at all is basically nothing and no just having a so called "pvp" march isn't a valid thing when its so generic and its damage will probably be shit and not do much. Is what it is. having the "defense city" is not the issue. In fact the issue is all who do defense city and then think they are the amazing contributor when ill tell you what if playing smart teams, your defense cities (even the best of claptraps as i call them) are not winning you the PvP event regardless of which it is. SvS, defense city is not winning you shit unless the enemy is just stupid for 3 days straight. It may get YOU the individual their "talking smack" points but is not winning the SvS. The same for battlefield and well any PvP thing. I respect the defense players who acknowledge such and respect that fact without the smack talking and they also appreciate how they were able to build said keep in the first place. At least jedi says he still kills some, but even he states he doesn't care about monsters.' He seems respectful and acknowledge those facts. Most "defense city" players do not and talk so much shit (not to the enemy but usually how good they are to their own server while not really contributing shit except being a leech).

Randy, does setting up your monarch gear to march speed make a difference with T14 getting in on time to help or using speed march skills books on the generals. The mechanic of this game is intricate. I am a beginner and still have lots to learn.

it doesn't matter what tier they are, they will hit the highest tier enemy troop available of the priority within range. What that means is since archers prioritizes cavalry, then archers, then ground and then siege, is that on the first round of troops in range, only ground is within range, they will hit ground... even though their priority is lower But, once the cavalry are within range they will attack cavalry from the top tier down to the bottom tier... this is why the t1 wall does so well, is that you can't even target them right away, any group has to kill the top tier troops first. If the enemy sends t15s and you have t14s, your 14s will hit their 15s, even if the enemy has 14s @@Evony-ky3js

march speed in monarch gear is not unit combat speed, march speed is different than combat speed, the only things that I've found that give combat speed are the mounted speed and ground speed skill books. That said, there is debate as to how effective those books really are in combat, it doesn't seem to change how many rounds it takes to close the distance. Just keep in mind that "march speed" is how fast your army marches across the map, and combat speed is how fast your units travel toward one another in combat "After" it has marched across the map to get there.@@edwinrodriguez2356

I think about this a lot. It’s so expensive to change refines. I added 1 or 2 more mounted attack refines this week.

I ignored flat cav atk for a long time bcuz I was told to focus on hp and def. After the K45 update I was getting murdered, especially by big ground attacks. I went 100% gold flats on cav attack and now if I heal layers between attacks, I'm virtually invincible. I should note that I also went to 600M T1 cav, 100M T2, 50M T3.
