why women's champ, she beaten Brookes so she can be men's champion because we can clearly see how Defiant shot themselves in the foot (if not brains). Pro wrestling is not meant to be taken seriously, but this is not even funny. Inter-gender matches are cancer for pro wrestling, people want to see more of it only because it's a fetish that actually makes pro wrestling deep in their thoughts sexual. It's ok but if pro wrestling wants to be reborn it should think before doing this kind of thing to the business. I'll take it as personal as i can because this is a sensitive subject for my kind of people (unpopular opinion on something that keeps them sane in this weird life). Ah jesus, no one i asking for inter gender matches only those who find it sexual (i find it as my fetish actually, which is why i can't watch what i really love which is Pro Wrestling). It's a very complicated issue for me, so complicated that i just stop watching the product of those who choose to make it sexual (no matter how good the performance is, i just find it sexual, my personal problem but not only person in the world who has this problem). Also tons of reasons why Pro wrestling should keep it simple instead of just using these shock factor matches. They're just taking a break this summer and will be back in a later date.

They started back up last year in December with weekly programming again after several months off and I sincerely hope it won't be that long of a layoff this year.

@@jasonjones8038 Defiant always takes time off to let some of the talent make contract obligations with other (mostly larger and better funded) promotions so they can be allowed back later. I'm not sure they could even afford to run year-round but I'm fairly certain they have a working relationship with Dragon Gate, Progress and a few other European and worldwide indie promotions.
