The first game in the series remains an all time favorite of mine. Heavily emotional and moving. It will always have a special place in my heart.

This game will always bring emotion out of us starting with the score, the high school drama that twists into a much deeper story, and it made so many people cry when they first played more than they probably anticipated. I’ve always thought of a game about time travel powers because who wouldn’t want to change something in their life. Even as a game, it brings more depth about being human and having consequences in life.

I played this series years ago and it broke me so much that even now after all this years just seeing these trailers and hearing the music makes me cry again.

This is one of the best games ever made. As the trailers hinted at there are some very heavy topics in these games but it does give you a different perspective on certain things in life. Overall its a great game. I can't wait to see this played by you guys eventually.

Life is Strange, Before The Storm, Life Is Strange 2, and Life is Strange True Colors are all phenomenal games with interesting and immersive stories. I absolutely recommend everyone try these games

Oh snaps, I love this game! When I started my photography class, I saw my friend play this game! I played it myself and I was so amazed. *No Spoilers* It is a bit corny with the high school drama, but it ends up being fun. The last episode was very emotional to me, but slightly satisfying. The second game to me is a lot better though. Regardless, glad you two are reacting to the trailers! 🙏🏽💪

Life is Strange is a game that may not be the best game I've ever played (wonky controls, some weird dialogue), but it definitely stuck with me even to this day. Sometimes music from this game pops onto my playlists and I feel really nostalgic and emotional. Not many games I can say that about. If you two haven't actually played them yet, I'd suggest it.

Such an amazing experience to play these two games for the first time. Life is Strange 2 and True Colours are also great, but the original and prequel are soo good. It feels like a nostalgic tv show drama from the 2000’s. I am a guy who was 20 when I first played it, I’m now 25 and I think this game rocks. I’m normally into action adventure games, first I thought this was a girly game but boy I was wrong. If it wasn’t a ps plus game years ago I never would have played it. After that I bought before the storm, LiS2 and true colours. It’s the perfect game you play like you watch a tv show. Sit down one night a week and play for 2/2,5 hours and you’ll finish one of the 5 episodes. The music is also really nostalgic. I recommend this game 9/10!

I remember I downloaded this game because it was free for Xbox Gold members one month and I did NOT expect such a bright and artistically colorful game to have one of the darkest damn stories I've ever played. My gf and I still argue to this day on which ending choice was for the better XD

I absolutely *love, love, love* Life is Strange. My PSN avatar has been from LiS for almost 7 years now. I normally change avatars every few months on everything else, but that avatar is never changing. I've also been using some of the music and sound effects from the games as ring tones, alarms, and various other sounds for my phone and PC for the last 5 years or so. You guys should absolutely play it, it's amazing. Episode 5 is... it's not the best, it kind of feels like they didn't know exactly how to end the game and just had to throw a bunch of filler gameplay in to make a full episode, but it's a relatively minor blemish on an otherwise outstanding experience.

I can highly recommend playing LiS its one of those games that probably wont ever leave me. Its extreamly emotional, has amazing music and great story telling. Choice based games its 100% Number 1, and overall it might be number 1 as well but thats always hard for me to decide because so many good games exist, but definetly top 3.

As far as narrative choice games like Until Dawn go Life is Strange and The Wolf Among Us are by far my favorites. LiS has so many touching moments that even my frat bro roommate was all in on it.

I never expected to enjoy these games as much as I did, Life is strange and before the storm are epic games, well worth a playthrough. I haven't played the second one but I did play true colours and it was also great.

If you want to play this game, do not turn off the music. Music is a major feature in this game. The production designer of this game is amazing, you can feel all the character are alive and you care about their backstories. Every location and objects tell you about them and they are credible. Of all 6 life is strange games, the first one is the best one on production. Made sense becouse the game is about a photographer, so color and ligths are really important feature that is missing on the next games. Bts is complelty different on production setting, but is just carried becouse of the original, also is more romantic. Life is strange 2 is a really good game, but it doesnt have good acceptance becouse of the political plot and doesnt have the same character, but still same universe. Is more real than all the others games and with better production design. Life is strange true color is not a good game, it have amazing graphics, good voice actors and is funny sometimes, but the main character is unreal with a lot of problems thay simple dont devolp, you have the plot resolved since chapter 1 and they try to forshadowing over the next episodes what is going to happen and is just obvious. Is in my opinion the worst of the series, but with amazing graphics.

When life is strange first came out, it did so in an episodic manner and we had to wait for the rest to come out which truly made it feel like a TV show you had to stay tuned to find out the conclusion of, though there's plenty of cliche in the series, the core themes and characters they explore really resonated with me when I first played it, the limited edition also is quite good since it includes the music from the game which is so... good...

The vid doesn't show it but the series still continues after the first one. There is also Life is Strange 2 and Life is Strange: True Color, both which feature completely new storyline and new characters from each other. You can do a trailer reaction to those, they don't spoil anything from the pervious since they are different from each other, its quite a fun series if u want to get into it :)

I heard this game series is very interesting with a unique story that make you choose your actions during the time of growth or disaster. 😶 Also the game give off “Stranger Things” meet “TaleTell” games in mashup.

Lightning in a bottle. The first game is a masterpiece of the roads untraveled and living... or not living with the kind of loss that changes you forever. The later installments are an attempt to recapture that magic, and while whether that happened or not is up to the player, there are DEFINITE 'oscar-bait' overtones to the later installments. Regardless of that, the art direction and voice acting and character writing are immaculate.

The first game literally changed the way I saw life in general. Slice of life wrapped in a mystery packaged in a time travel story delivered through the letter box into a psychological thriller. (An original unique spin on temporal powers too)

Life is Strange is a phenomenal game. Happy, funny, traumatic and sad. It has you make choices both big and small but they all have consquences, some of which you don't find out until later once it's too late for Max to rewind time. It remains for me one of my favourite games of all time and definitely my favourite ever choice based game. I absolutely adore Max and Chloe, two of my favourite ever protagonists in a truly beautiful journey. For me it's an ideal example for if you ever want to show someone what a meaningful choice based game should and could be. You were also correct Before the Storm is a prequel to Life is Strange(and is also awesome), it takes place a few months I believe before Life is Strange. If you haven't played them yet then definitely keep them on your list, fantastic games!

I played all of the games from Life is Strange franchise and on my list of the best games its still nr1, and I played lots of good games like Detroit, Beyond Two Souls, The Wolf Among Us, Oxenfree or Heavy Rain but in my eyes nothing can be better then Life is Strange. I wish DONTNOD Entertainment would do rest of the games from this franchise and they didn't argue with Square Enix about it becouse we lost so much of the story i believe. But Square Enix and Deck Nine are doing the newest parts of this game and if you looking for mistakes you can find them (I probably tell you after you gonna finish those games in a future). Also all the franchise: Life is Strange; Life is Strange: Before The Storm; Life is Strange: Before The Storm - Farewell (Bonus Story Episode); The Awesome Adventure of Captain Spirit; Life is Strange 2; Life is Strange: True Colors; Life is Strange: True Colors - Wavelenghts(Bonus Story Episode); Life is Strange Remastered. If DONTNOD Ent. were doing those games still we already would get LiS3 and LiS4 but after all this "war" (i dont know what word to use, my english suxs) between them. If anyone is interested what happened to those games developers switch a name and delete everything that was connected to this franchise and relised as " Tell Me Why " & "Twin Mirror" both really good games too. One of you has to play this! I recommend playing in chronological order but you can def play in release order. Since you guys are going in after these games have all been released, I think the chrono order has more impact story wise. Just don't look up anything on this game. It's so easy to spoil yourselves. Just jump in and play.

I liked all of the life Is strange games, some more than others but the overall experience is amazing. But I have to say the one that made me a long time fan was life is strange before the storm. You can tell the game developers treasured that game, that they put a lot of love and effort into it. And the voice actor that plays chloe in the first life is strange was the writer and the consultant of life is strange before the storm. Which it's pretty freaking cool to write about your own character. but unfortunately a voice acting strike happened so she was not able to return to her role as chloe in the prequel. But chloe's new voice actor has the same passion and intrigue as Ashley Burch and they are really good friends with each other which is pretty cool. I'm just glad that none of these characters burned their bridges and everyone Is on common ground. Being respectful and treated fairly.

You could play Before The Storm before playing the original Life Is Strange for context.

Just so you know, the ending will literally shatter you to pieces. You will need lots of tissues for that. I already cried watching this reaction video because of how I was 13 years old when I played this game and now I'm 20. It hurts how I can lipsinc the whole game. Hope you both are ready before playing the game.

I would definitely recommend playing it if you have the option and time. Though a fair warning, these games are an emotional rollercoaster. Like it has some cute and wholesome moments, and some moments... not so much. While the underlying story is there and giving it a different feel again. Honestly, haven't played the remaster, not sure if they did anything related to the storytelling with it, but if not - I would recommend playing the original first, and then the prequel. Sadly there were some spoilers in the prequel regarding the "main game".

I can't really comment as far as the Remastered collection or Before the Storm (though I have heard good things regarding the latter), the first Life Is Strange is definitely a great game with a worthwhile story and well-done characters. It was actually surprising that the only one of these trailers that covers the at least a little of what the story is about is the one for the remaster. Again definitely worth playing.

Before the Storm is a prequel to the normal Life is Strange, gives you some insight in some story element from LiS tho not required to play and understand all of it. great series tho, beautiful games, easy to play and gorgeous story

You should play it, live or in videos. I checked your other channels and if you never thought of creating one where you actually play the games you react to, you should think about doing it! Starting with Life is Strange would get you at least half of your subscribers to check it out for sure, since being a reaction based channel, reacting is your content, and games like life is strange are mostly wathced for the gamer's reactions.

One part of me would love to see you guys play through the first one at the very least and a part of me dreads the idea as well. I will say this much; Do not judge a book by its cover. Some people are not as bad as they seem and some people are worse... so much worse.

I played Life is Strange in 2015 and I think I'm still not ok. The game is beautiful and fantastic, but it left emotional scars. Even hearing the music in these trailers brings tears to my eyes.

First game was my favorite, it introduces me to the butterfly effects and how choices can result in different consequences. 2nd was a different take, using arguments of Chloe to ur advantage. 3rd one deals with real-life racism towards minorities with the Latino brothers. 4th one deals with empathy. I hope to get to play more from this game company, they produces really great game!

Life is strange and life is strange before the storm are my favorite choice based story games I have played? I’ve beaten uncle Dawn, Detroit become human, Beyond to souls, heavy rain as well. I think life is strange what is more memorable. They made a small spinoff game called The awesome adventures of captain spirit. And then they made another game called life is strange 2. It is a totally different story and has nothing to do with the first two games. And then they made the newest game called life is strange true colors. I haven’t played that one but I heard the story is good. it’s also a totally different story with a new character.

The first part of the first game is free to play. I'd recommend playing it and seeing if itll hook you in. Also the remaster is controversial. It changes a lot of facial animations and makes the emotions hit differently. Some like it more, some like it less. Personally never thought the game needed a remaster, not even sure why they did one.

Play the prequel AFTER the original. Also, the soundtrack is all by one band. Also, watch until the end of the credits on one or both (I can't remember). & if you like time travel, check out the movie "Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel" 😁 Take care!

only played the free episode 1 of the original. you do something (or don't) and the scene ends and the game shows 'this choice will have consequences' and youre like 'damn, should I rewind and do something else?!' just makes you think twice about everything you do xD

maybe you could react to the Titan battles from Sonic Frontiers(if you didn't know, new open-world-LIKE Sonic game), those fights are hype machines with great music and feel like dbz fights with Sonic
