To clarify, Frank doesn't fully become the character and gain their stats, he just gets a few moves based on the character in question.

Even though the advantages lean in Leon's favor, this is still such a fun matchup because of how different their personalities are. Proof that even a "stomp" can still be a fun fight.

This deathbattle is one of my top 5 favorite deathbattles. The other four in no particular order on favoritism is The Joker vs Sweetooth, Balrog vs T.J. Combo, Thor vs Vegita, and Ghostrider vs Lobo.

I was rooting for Frank because in Project X Zone, which is a giant crossover, he has a very sweet relationship with Hsien-Ko from Darkstalkers. He comes across like a father to her despite her being a centuries-old zombie. They have a similar fighting method of stockpiling random items and using those as weapons.

When this fight was announced years ago before the Resident Evil 2 remake came out, I was so excited to see Leon finally enter the cage of Death Battle and it didn't disappoint me! Hope you two like it! 🙏🏽💪

Really loved this battle because it incorporated zombie slaying with the actual fight. Sad Frank lost, but Leon is still the coolest RE character to ever exist.

I'd love to see you guys react to Jonathan Joestar vs Tanjiro, its probably my favorite death battle of them all (though Cole vs Alex came really close to it recently), and it features an underrated hero vs a popular kind boi, both of them benevolent souls, and hey, you could probably spin a generosity and thanksgiving excuse out of them come november :)

"Even matched the strength of Umbrella Agent Jack Krauser" He's not an Umbrella Agent. He works for Wesker, who is acting on his own using stuff that he collected from Umbrella. By the point Krauser is working for him Umbrella is dead. If there's ANY faction you could consider Wesker, and MAYBE Krauser a part of, it would be The Organization at that time. I'm not sure why they even did this match. Obviously Leon was going to win against Frank.

Calling Leon "basically superhuman" at this point is pretty much on point. Same can be said about Chris Redfield. And none of them use any special serum or steroids for that. Basically the only character in RE franchise who could've beaten both of them in hand-to-hand combat was Albert Wesker in his post-RE1 state. The same guy who moves so fast it can be mistaken for a teleportation and who can easily pierce right through a person's torso with his bare hand.

I was wondering if you guys wanted to branch out to multiple anime’s or not? If so i have some suggestions you guys would enjoy, Bleach: great fights, really good soundtrack and amazing villains and side characters Jujutsu kaisen: really good animation, more of a darker story tone, insane fights and fun cast of side characters, funny part is that it’s inspired by bleach, while bleach was inspired by dragon ball and other shows. Demon slayer: possibly the best animation in all of anime, good fights, decent story telling, but the main part of the show that everyone loves is the amazing visuals and wholesome main character. I personally would love if you checked these three out because they have huge fan bases and you will enjoy it as much as dragon ball and possibly even more.

This is one of those favoritism matches, where no matter who the opponent is, or what abiliities either possesses, the winner will always be their preferred character. i have no idea why these two were paired up and how people thought that frank had a chance i love frank don't get me wrong but the RE games and universe is much more crazy as the games/movies have gone on and yes dead rising is nuts too however the games and universe of DR are for the most part more realistic in that in game cut scene in DR guns kill people and wound and such yet as a weapon for defense in game play most guns are pitifuly weak
