I think the problem with the non continuous faces comes from the fact that most ai videos today actually are generated using image generators in clever ways. People have tried makeshift fixes for making the frames look continuous, but the tools are still image generators at heart. On the contrary Sora seems to be designed from the ground up to be a video generation tool.

@yorgostsitsikas4350, agreed. Instead of animating a static image "skin" by warping it, the objects have real integrity to move with degrees of freedom with subcomponents for detail. I heard rumors OpenAI combined Unreal Engine 5 with KZfaq videos during Sora's training process.
