The Deftones kept it real, I mean they could have easily became as famous, and popular as Korn but they weren't gonna let anyone tweek there style or sound. I mean its so rare that a band this great STILL plays small and intimate venues. I thought for certain after the White Pony tour and the popularity of that album that the year 2000 was the last year I would ever see deftones in a small/intimate venue. There loyalty to the hardcore fans is incredible...

nah I disagree. They're underated but they're atleast somewhat popular and have 2 platnium albums and another 2 gold albums. I think Sinch is the most underated. They're great and deserve to atleast get signed to a major label but they're having problems, especially now that emo crap is around.
