Welp now I’m obsessed with this series. I saw it first on FB. The mother said something very interesting. She said “you have to make love” I assume she said that because she also didn’t get to choose who she would marry. So she had to learn and create reasons to love her cousin/husband. If this is what the traditions have always been, then it must be difficult to deviate from the customs because they wouldn’t know how to navigate something that no one has ever done before. I like Mojtaba he seems like a hard working determined young man and Zainab seems like a very good capable woman and would make a great wife. No wonder Mojtaba is willing to go to such great lengths to win her hand in marriage.
