Clarence is great because he acts and speaks like a real kid and that makes the show feel all the more natural, all the character interactions feel very real, like the way they make little small talk or the way Clarence stumbles over his words because he can't get out all the words he wants to say, and the way they manage to show traits of characters while not making a big show out of it unless it's actually a big deal. These really genuine moments just come out of nowhere and aren't focused on as if they're a gimmick, which is how real life is. You learn something about someone, think for a moment, and then move on. Also, the background music is really fucking good. Listen to DIY, that shit is cash.

We had finished our movie and we’re looking for something else to watch randomly, when we stumbled across this beauty of a show. We watched the first few minutes and looked at eachother and thought “this is the best thing to ever happen to us” XD from now on, this has been our thing 😂
