They clearly haven't lost their touch as can be seen in how stacked Baizhu's kit is. Tbh, given how they introduced her in the beta, I think they always intended this to be a unit they dump out as a mediocre unit to lose 50/50s on, as Zajef suggested. Her design (or skin color rather) isn't particularly popular in their core demographic of Chinese and Japanese gacha players anways; she was always at the bottom of popular sumeru characters in Chinese and Japanese surveys.

You should try burning load with her using Nahida, Bennett, and Fischl. Using sac great sword. It makes sure that Nahida gets complete ownership of the burning. If you put crimson witch on Nahida, it increases burning damage.

I feel like i'll have so much fun with dehya, just it could've been more fun if her kit was actually functional, ie longer burst duration, shorter e hit cooldown, longer e duration, burst work even if u jump, burst work with xq, yelan.

Kaveh is looking pretty good as bloom driver. He is like 4 star Nilou. Baizhu is op with dendro. He gives a lot of DMG bonus, shield and dendro reactions buff. The last one is really important for Kaveh, Nilou and Alhaitham. Hope his burst will be enough for Cyno cz aggravate doesn't count as dendro reaction. But it looks like he doesn't applies dendro offield like at all. His c2 looks kinda op, it's literally Xinqui + Yelan + Dendro. Hope there'll be Nahida so I can pull for her. Edit: Okay I looked at them closely. It looks like Baizhu is better version Nahida for Cyno. He gives shield that applies dendro offield and buffs aggravate a lot. Alhaitham still likes him more but Cyno got want he want - Dendro shielder with off field application and reactions buff who's skills will follow him. And Kaveh. According on his kit I think that cores exploded by his Q and E will count as his bloom. Just look. Bloom doesn't care about who triggered it. It only scales of character that exploded dendro core. Kaveh Q doesn't make cores explode without delay. It send some kind of waves that makes them explode. I think that cores explosion caused by his skills will count as his reaction. In other case Hoyo is stupid making bloom trigger with EM main stat and 60% boost in c4 dendro who's element is always dominant. The only reason why Kaveh wont be bad in that case is weak dendro application.
