It's definitely accurate and clean. I don't quite get where's going with the solo, though.. it sounds like a bunch of cool runs linked together by slides but they don't really seem to follow the chord progression..

few songs from both of them, it's all good stuff but it's really just primitive death metal and nothing more. there's tons of primitive death metal bands out there, especially from the late 80's/early 90's but not many that play brilliant melodic leads like Deicide in Stench of Redemption and to some extent To Hell With God and In The Minds of Evil

Although I am a self-proclaimed metal head I have to thank the late, great and influential Joey Jordison whose interview I recently read after his passing for having mentioned this insane band's among many other's but this is the break neck, face melting metal that paved the way for so many other's!! Because, ive been listening to death metal for pretty much half of my life now, and i barely understand the lyrics here, except ofc. homage for satan. But when i listen to Suicide silence (Mitch Lucker) or Cannibal Corpse (Corpsegrinder) i can pretty much understand every word

Four Fingers haha I agree totally. I can't understand what he's saying in this song... I personally think morbid angel is one of the most comprehensive metal bands. Though the serpents of the light was pretty understandable.

STROMBA420 yes I do and I love to laugh at Glen Benton whenever I listen to Deicide especially when they play their most popular song Kill The Christian because even he will bow before Jesus one day. I am proud to say that one of Deicide’s former band members who’s in this video the late Ralph Santolla from what I read about him was a Christian but we’ll know for sure when we get to Heaven.
