I've always compared the feeling of listening to Deine Lakaien to receiving a comforting hug while being in a dark place mentally. This year this hug was more than needed and they surely delivered. I am looking forward to the new album

Es gibt keine Band, die mich schon über 25 Jahre lang, begleitet wie es Deine Lakaien tun. Ich verbinde soviel mit eurer Musik, gutes und auch schlechtes, oft im Soundtrack meines Lebens! Schon allein dafür, Danke!

Es gibt ein Bedürfnis in mir, das nur durch Musik von Ernst gestillt werden kann. Ich finde auch seit Jahren nichts ansatzweise Vergleichbares. DL, HV, SS.. Magisch.

The masters of electronic darkwave have returned. No band can combine the feeling of epic grandeur with dark electronic soundscapes better than Deine Lakaien. Hats off.

@@GothicCrypt Awesome! Ernst Hornst also had a solo CD way back when, but I've only heard one song. Very hard to find CD. He also did a song called "Cliffs Of Norway" for a compilation, which is also very hard to find.

@@shaunhamilton8217 from Ernst's personal albums I would suggest "Lili Marleen, Baghdad, Februar 1991" which, although experimental, has some beautiful medieval parts. I will look for the compilation track. Thanks for the tip mate! Best wishes for the new year!

Danke wieder für die wundervolle Musik. Ich höre Euch schon seit 1998. Jedes Eurer Songs berührt meine Seele. ich finde, Ihr passt auch in das späte neunzehnte Jahrhundert hinein, zur Zeit - der grossen Dichter und Denker. Eure KUnst ist ein seltenes Gut unter allen kÜnstlern der heutigen Zeit

Ich bin enttäuscht. Seit einigen Jahren wärmt Hr. Horn immer wieder Altes neu auf. Irgendwie habe ich den Eindruck es ist ständig das Selbe. Gleicher Rythmus, gleiche Soundeffekte als ob man jeden neuen Song schon 10 mal gehört hätte. Ich vermisse die einstige Kreativität von Hr. Horn , die seine Musik so interessant gemacht hat.
