Dear music friends and fans,
the last block of encores of our “20 Years” tour with the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt was opened again with the band line-up and our song “Where You Are”, the melancholic tune about a destroyed life after September 11, 2001. Here, too, the Commodore C64 from the old days set the beat once more, Robert Wilcocks lay the harmonic foundation on the acoustic guitar, B. Deutung on the cello drove the instrumental part with fast tone sequences while Ivee Leon and Katharina Garrard develop their beautiful tone setting on their instruments.

Ich finde es immer wieder erstaunlich, wieviel Raum für Interpretationen die Stücke von Deine Lakaien dem Zuhörer lassen! Ich verbinde mit "Where you are" eine ganz besondere persönliche Erinnerung,: der Anfang meiner wichtigsten Liebesbeziehung! Etwas vollkommen Anderes also, als das was die Musiker nach eigenen Angaben ausdrücken wollten. Wow!!!! Das ist wahre Kunst!! 🖤🖤🖤
