I didn't agree with deion at first I didn't no all the details but once I remembered how HBCUs were they are ran by AME Zion churches and other black churches that why they are so pitiful. And they have them sadity fokes .

Honest as a kid who grew up watching the Buffs when they were dominate in the early 90's and through the mid 90's and to what we have had the last 20 years or so If Coach Prime and the buffs just go 7-10 win a seasons a year I'd be happy I just want to see a competitive product on the field. I'm not expecting a national championship every year but 3-5 wins a season for most of the last 20 years has been embarrassing and think anything at 7 and above should keep Coach Prime in Colorado for as long as he wants to be here.

Man, I grew up just like Coach Prime. I worked a part time job and bought my own school clothes as well. I played football, basketball and track and maintained my grades. My parents even encouraged me to get into ROTC, where I excelled and ended up joining the military. My parents would say the same things as Coach Prime is saying. Everything had to be earned, except their unconditional love. I thanked both of my parents later in life for all the discipline to include all the spankings, restrictions and long talks. It made me a successful and better person.

That's a big reason young adults are having a harder time adjusting to adult life than ever in history. Somewhere along the way we got too soft on the kids and equated discipline with abuse. That's how you raise spoiled, lazy people who can't do the hard work to get where they want to go.

Kids have no idea what the words that Coach was saying means. Teamwork, communication -- they're clueless. Not to mention kids have ZERO idea of what the word resiliency means. Not their fault necessarily though. It's parents and schools doing this to them.

I spent a lot of my youth watching Deoion tearing it up on the turf, but it's so cool to see him flourishing as a coach! Such a positive & switched on vibe too. And DAYUM the 'nuggets' that guy has in his head would just blow my mind! I've got a new fave college team ya'all! LET'S GO BUFFALOES!! haha 🐃🏈

@@Behappyforthem I am happy for this organization but also a thing of wisdom is to identify reality and talent. So you can take that sob bullshit somewhere else and cry to some who gives a fuck. I simply assess his impact and understanding he was just a head coach before resigning to get to Colorado. But reality in sports is a coordinator being successful doesn’t stay in place long. Look at Georgia and Alabama? Now the notoriety on Colorado gives a spot light so the system flourishes he is lucky to be in place two years before a major program throws the house at him if not an NFL team. Now go seek counseling and find someone that cares about you to entertain your thoughts.

I once was on a zoom meeting with rod woodson,he gave some great advice on fundamentals etc,watching prime in this interview and following him these past few months it show's that these two guys do the same things great.... translation, translation from NFL hof's to great leaders post playing the game.that is why they was great.

He's CU highest paid FB HC in history, with a $2.9m contract... No other colleges would hire him until JSU gave him the opportunity to prove himself, at the FCS level... CU was desperate and willing to take a chance to see if he could do some magic and turn their failing FB program around within a year or less... Prior to JSU & CU, there was no talk of Deion Sanders during his coaching experience at Trinity Christian & as a Fox Analyst... It's interesting to see how long he will be famous, as a Pac-12 FB HC...

The Reporter got it wrong about only Colorados Spring Game will be televised by ESPN. Georgia's Spring Game will be televised too. Look forward to watching both. I'm a big Fan of Primes! Can't wait to see how great his first season turns out!

Coach Prime is impressive, in his own element as others have said. I only wonder if this is just a stepping stone to a better job in 2-3 years? Time will tell. Good luck to him except in his second game this year. Prepare for the red wave!
