Eerie and calming, exactly like dark piano music and I love it! In fact it almost sounds like a song used in the trailer for a horror movie! Best song hands down!

This perfectly tells Mickey's story throughout this mod. The song's intro is the cutscene. When the two other instruments kick in, that's when everything is fine and normal. Right before the second half, that's his "Happy" state. The second half is what Unknown Suffering represents in the story: Mickey's insanity. When the screaming kicks in, that's Last Day / the ending cutscene. [EVERYTHING FROM HERE ON OUT IS SPOILERS FOR PART 2] Then, the actual song's outro is the ending of Last Day, Mickey dead in the middle of the street. A beautifully tragic story that can be told via one song.
