Toco Hills Primary Care is one of the many physician’s groups within the DeKalb Medical system in metro-Atlanta, Georgia. This practice was established across from Toco Hill Shopping Center in 2016 by a well-known Atlanta area physician. In fall of 2017, the practice added a young physician assistant to continue its growth, especially among millennials and young families moving to the area. The practice prides itself on spending time with each patient to get at the root of what brings them to the office. Dr. Thomas DiFulco has worked in the area for nearly 40 years and, along with his new partner Stephanie Richards, enjoys getting to spend more time on patient care due to their affiliation with DeKalb Medical, which takes care of managing the practice.
Toco Hills Primary Care treats patients from late teens to those over 90 for routine medical issues, as well as for diabetes, hypertension, allergies and other chronic conditions. DiFulco is board certified in internal medicine and often sees the practice’s older patients.
