Captain (r)Muhammad Usman, a BPS-20 grade officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS), has served as the Commissioner of Lahore for one year and five months and now the federal government appointed the current Commissioner of Lahore, Captain (R) Muhammad Usman, as the Commissioner of Islamabad and the Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA). During his tenure, He has achieved many targets and also called as Captain of Lahore. He is a retired army Captain and Later came into the field of Bureaucracy. UrduPoint anchor Abdullah Khan has interviewed him and has given us the glimpse of his Lifestyle. Now we can understand why Pakistan's Metropolitan Cities cannot have elected Mayors like Tehran, Bombay, London, and New York. Our super-dabang PAS officers will never allow this kind of local governance system to take over their dabangness. They won't like to report to lowly political leaders elected in Local elections instead of direct reporting to the Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers etc.

It's really surprising that a bureaucrat is showing his official duties on media.Its very unbecoming of to act like a show man.If he is so keen to show him self on media he should resign and join the glamorous world of singers and dancers where he will get many opportunities to fulfill his pent up desires plus boundless wealth rather than disgracing the charming world of Bureaucracy.Its rather unfortunate that show man like him has managed to join bureaucracy through back door and now posing to be a CSS qualified bureaucrat.Shame on you.Secratry Establishment Division is requested to look into these activities and issue a Directive to stop this disgusting practice which is bringing a very very bad name to Bureaucracy as a whole.Please ensure that the Bureaucracy does not become a laughing stock in public.SecretaryEstablishment is duty bound to protect and defend the dignity and honour of Bureaucracy.Please act before it's too late.
