She Takes anti-depressents and pills to help with her nastia. And by that they are for her depression because she has depression worse than the others. And she tends to get really dizzy and lightheaded a lot so she needs pills for that.

Well if you look at it, Deku is depressed because his mother is in the hospital and is in very serious condition. Along with the bulling in Middle school. Uraraka is depressed because shes having secret family problems and when they talk on the phone there careful with what they say because people might be around. Tsuyu has depression because of her family not being able to be there for her most of her life. Iida.. oh boy well his brother actually never got better he got worse and actually passed away, then his mother blamed Iida for his death and his dad is no where in the picture but he is actually in the shadows abusing Iida. Then there's Todoroki, same childhood, hates his dad and instead of his mother being in the hospital she was still at home, after a few years when Todoroki was 10 she started abusing him as well and his siblings didn't care
