Love it out there in LLV! I purchased the Parklane model and really like the floorplan. I'm living in Southern California while my LLV home is being built, and you cannot buy a single story house with that square feet and amenities here in Cali for the price in LLV. I like that it's away from the strip, but close enough if you want more action. I like the privacy of a gated community, with a small quaint town feel. The golf courses are fabulous, and the neighborhood is amazing, clean and serene! Smith's is the closest newest grocery store it takes me 10 minutes or so to get there. Keep up all the great work you are doing with videos and feedback on LLV new construction! 😃

I wish Del Webb would extend this for ones under 55 yoa. This is a very good Floorplan for a one story home.

@@annanguyen4800 this is made by Pulte Homes and some of these are the most popular floor plans by Pulte. So they have them in non 55 neighborhoods. What floor plan do you like?

Decent video. Your boyfriend is a nice guy. Treat him with a little better respect and change his title to associate agent, he earned it.. The Clubhouse does have a small kitchen area

55+ Community isn’t great when it comes to resale. You have a smaller pool of potential buyers.

Yes and no, depending on the 55+ community. Since Las Vegas is a retirement destination and we have a lot of awesome retirement communities, the homes sell pretty darn fast here and for top dollar just like any other resale homes. My clients never have a hard time selling their homes in a 55+ community in Vegas.
