Wow, this is a massive project. if the repair project was this huge, It just makes my head spin to imagine how big the Delaware Aquaduct project would have been. Human beings are incredible!

that is just ridiculous how they bring those massive triple tunnels into a bed rock tunnel... would be nice if you explained how, why, when and reason of the leak to begin with.

because the rock changed from a graywacky formation to a pourus limestone under the river
