Jean sensing a little girl crying…why did they delete that? There was always a spark of humanity left inside her, the Jean Grey we knew and loved. We needed scenes that showed that.
@samengelage352117 күн бұрын
It probably had to do with the changing directors. From what I've read, this movie changed directors twice. The director in charge of completing the project probably decided that the scene didn't fit his vision. You can tell based on these deleted scenes that this movie was originally going to focus alot more on Jean than it did, but the last director changed course and decided to play it safer instead.

This movie's special effects were amazing and it did change a few characters around say their ages the younger mutants were a little younger than their comic counterparts and the rise of Magneto in this was utterly fantastically acted, although the film was about mutants it reflects at the time load of real events that were to come over the years to follow about trust and what it is to be human not everything is down to DNA it is people and this world. The X-Men like Stan Lee said the X-Men, are remarkable but without the mutant gen, these people are human through and through. It is a powerful message about what is expected of the sacrifice of one's right to exit with mutants or perhaps people who are heroes and wear masks and put their lives on the line against the world that considers mutants the emerging threat to be someone who saves the human race every day, the code of a hero to defend and protect everyone. The movie itself was fantastic but it did leave you wondering what was happening next. Today they are returning to The Universe Marvel, X-Men and possibly were there all along hidden by the powerful mind of Professor Xavier shielding the world from them till they were ready to fight?
