15:23 At peace all nations grab territory equally fast. But at war, the combat effectivity indicates how fast each nations grabs territory. Thats also what indicates how well it's going for a nation in a war with other nations.

Really? I thought it was the green and red arrow icon that appears on their capital. When it’s green, they basically operate faster and push through front lines more, and when the arrow is red, they move slower and are easily conquerable. It’s interesting, because when two nations fight with red arrows they both get like giant pockets of land and enclaves with terribly disgusting borders lmao

@@GabeTune The green and red arrow icons are the combat effectivity. When the nation has a green arrow it means that they have a combat effectivity of 6, the highest possible one. If they have a red arrow however, it means that they have a combat effectivity of 1, and that they are unable to defend themselves. The combat effectivity is randomized every few years, but you can change it so it changes gradually.

originally, all land was given to canada as canada is kind and forgiveful to take all the land, but canadas hubris was there downfall, as canada apologized, even if it wasnt our fault and gave land to other nations to share.
